Business review

The Problem

A farming family asked us to carry out a farming review and, following that, a review on the diversification enterprise that had been carried out five years previously.  We were asked to look at the existing farming enterprises, the assets held by the farming family and the progress achieved by the diversification enterprise.

The Solution

We undertook a business appraisal against the previous reviews they had undertaken. 

The Result

We were able to identify a clear strategy for the way forward, which allowed the older generation the capital to enjoy their retirement whilst giving the ability for the next generation to set up a profitable business for the future.

The Cost

We charged 1% of total capital asset value of the business to undertake the appraisal.
